I like using worksheets to reflect on various areas of life and gain clarity on how to move forward in these areas. Worksheets, in contrast to the work we engage in during live sessions, can be done over several days or weeks with ample space for inner exploration and transformation. I am sharing a few key worksheets with you here to use and share with others.
